Congratulations to the award winners and to all of our lifeguards for a successful season!
Our mission is to keep our residents and visitors safe in the water, as well as on the beach. In addition they are also responsible for general housekeeping on the beach and making sure all beach regulations are enforced. Our Beach Patrol is co-ed and consists of 30 people. We have 28 guards, one first lieutenant and a captain.
Beach patrol coverage begins Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Monday) and then two more weekends thereafter, and every day through Labor Day and then two weekends after Labor Day.
