Download and print form. Mail in sealed envelope. Be sure to write the Item # on the front of the envelope.
Terms and Conditions:
The Town sells its surplus items subject to several
special terms and conditions. All items are sold As
Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed or implied.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller
for any and all damages, claims or liability for
injuries to persons or property caused during the
sale or by the removal of the item.
The highest bidder will be notified by telephone. Full payment is required within 48 hours after the award to the highest bidder and the item sold must be removed
immediately after payment. Payment must be made in
the form of a Money Order, Personal Check, or
Certified Check.

The Town of Fenwick Island reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
Buyer must pickup item(s):Items sold must be picked up within 5 days of close of auction at Town Hall, 800 Coastal Highway, Fenwick Island, DE 19944. Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.
